Hamptons International

“The biggest advantage when it comes to Fifth Dimension AI is that their product is trained not only in our unique brand voice, but has context on the housing market. This makes it so much better than generic out-of-the-box AI solutions.”

— Aneisha Beveridge, Head of Research, Hamptons

Before Fifth Dimension AI

For more than 150 years, Hamptons has been a leader in property, with over 90 offices across the UK. Expertise and thought leadership are at the core of Hamptons' partnership with their customers. The research and marketing teams at Hamptons put the housing market into a real-life context, to tackle both the big picture and local detail. Creating and maintaining a leading industry thought leadership programme takes a huge amount of creativity, research and market expertise.

After Fifth Dimension AI

The Research Team at Hamptons were the first in the industry to begin working with Ellie. The team, headed up by Aneisha Beveridge, quickly found that they could do more with what they produce much quicker. As Aneisha further explained, “the biggest advantage was that Ellie was not only trained in our unique brand voice, but also more importantly has context on the housing market.” This industry knowledge is so important in property because of both the complexity and vastness of the market.

“Ellie helps us take complex ideas and simplify our writing. All in our own voice.”

— Aneisha Beveridge, Head of Research, Hamptons

How We Use Fifth Dimension AI’s Ellie

A typical example would see a member of the team email Ellie a request to review a document, provide a summary of insights, and produce a piece of content based on those insights. This process has vastly improved with the introduction of Ellie, taking only minutes to do what previously took hours. For the research team, Aneisha describes this as ‘we often use Ellie as a starting point. We provide her with our own detailed analysis or a document we are researching, for example large PDFs, and ask her to pick out the ten key points. We then refine this and use Ellie to help create a collection of content tailored to specific audiences.”
